Please note that certain commercial equipment and customized products may be subject to restocking fees or manufacturer restrictions.
Request Authorization
Log into your account or contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused item in its original manufacturer's packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards are included.
Label and Ship
Clearly write your RMA number on the outer shipping box and send the package to the authorized return center address provided by our team.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the return to confirm it is in resalable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
